Voting Question: Where can I get a job? ):?

I'm 17 years old and live in beaverton, Oregon... I'll be 18 in June. I graduated high school early, in November, and I'm planning on starting cosmetology school in June or July. Until then I desperately need a job. I started applying during the holidays hoping I'd get on somewhere even just for temporary help. I've never had a job, but have a little volunteer experience from being an office assistant at my high school. I have applied literally everywhere I can possibly think of, almost every store at the mall, numerous fast food places, multiple targets... Everywhere.. my question is, does anyone know of any places that will here someone of my age with no previous experience? I think the employers may take a look at my work history and my age and think I'm lazy for not having a job, what they don't understand is that I've wanted a job since I was 15, my mom just wouldn't let me get one.
