Open Question: Where is the best perch fishing through the ice on Lake Simcoe?

I am looking to go up to Lake Simcoe february 10th-12th to ice fish for perch. I read a lot of good reviews from a lot of people on a lot of different places. This is my first trip up north and would just like an opinion from someone who has maybe field multiple places on simcoe. I heard gilford, keswick (cook's bay) are both good.
