The city of Beaverton Oregon is breaking the law with its red light cameras How can this be stopped The city of Beaverton Oregon is required Not to set the yellow time Lower than that recomended by The Institute of transportation engineers. Yellow timing for 30 MPH is 3.2 sec + Roadway with of 1.4 sec = Yellow Timing total 4.6. The camera starts recording 6 sec befor the Red light, The yellow light is about 3 sec.
